Cancellation Policy
Your Dive, Your Choice – But Sometimes Plans Change
We understand that sometimes plans need to change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and accommodating while ensuring we can continue to provide the best service to all our divers.
Cancellation Policy:
- No refund for cancelations before the scheduled boat dive. However, be sure to contact us by phone or email as soon as possible so you may take a raincheck and reschedule for up to 18 months.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled boat dive and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit the full amount of your booking.
Weather and Safety Cancellations:
- If we need to cancel a boat dive due to inclement weather or other safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
How to Cancel:
- To cancel your boat dive, be sure to contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Be sure to provide your booking details so we can promptly process your cancellation or rescheduling request.
